Byron Portley is the owner of Impulse Entertainment, a record label and marketing agency based in Texas. With a strong creative background in music and entertainment, Byron attended the Art Institute of Dallas, where he earned a bachelor's degree in digital filmmaking and audio engineering. Under his leadership, Impulse Entertainment has gained traction, particularly on platforms like YouTube and TikTok, by focusing on artist development, branding, marketing, and merchandise. His expertise in both the technical and creative aspects of the industry makes him a driving force behind the company's success.
